George Hotel, Montrose

We are a small independent hotel that has 25 bedrooms, we can have a restaurant with an extensive menu to suit all tastes and appetites, with a range of beers, wines, whiskies and soft drinks to accompany your meal.  We are ideally situated to make us your base to explore golf courses in and around Angus and Aberdeenshire along with other interests such as wildlife, bird watching, hillwalking to name just a few.  We are dog friendly, both for accommodation and for those wishing to come and eat.

We welcome bus parties for afternoon teas or a high teas for those on outings to explore the sights such as House of Dun or Glamis Castle.
